Affidavit, 1895
Affidavit of a few religious scholars confirming the right of Muhammad Husayn, known as Aqa Pasha son of Haj Habib, to receive half of Mahi Khanum's assets, which he did not receive even after filing a case with the government. Four men, named Muhammad son of ʻAli, Amin al-Raʻaya Muhammad al-Musavi, Mirza ʻAli Hakim [the physician], and Malik al-Tujjar, have sealed the affidavit.

All the properties mentioned are the mahr of Zivar Sultan, daughter of the late Karbalayi Mahdi and wife of the late Haj Ghulam Riza. Marriage agreement of Baygum Agha Numrah-chi, daughter of Mashhadi Rajab ʻAli son of Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, and ʻAli Shafiʻi, son of Mashhadi Husayn from Khuzan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, one-twelfth of a house in the Shamsabad neighborhood of Khuzan, six acres of land, and sixteen tumans to buy gold and earrings. Additionally, fifteen tumans will be paid for [wedding] expenses, rugs, and two sets of proper women's clothes.

Marriage agreement of Baygum Agha, daughter of Sayyid Karim son of Sayyid Habib Allah from Khuzan, and Sayyid Muhammad Taqi, son of Sayyid Hashim Furushani. The mahr includes one-twelfth of a house in Furushan village, and ninety tumans, of which twenty-six tumans and two-and-one-half riyals remain the groom's debt. The rest should be spent on gold, cotton wool, chintz, trays, and rugs. The groom's father transferred ownership of one-twelfth of the house to his son.

Marriage agreement of Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Mashhadi Murtaza son of the late ʻAbd Allah from Khuzan, and Mashhadi ʻAli, son of the late Nazar ʻAli from Khuzan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, one-fourth of a house in the Sixth Bustan neighborhood of Khuzan, half of an acre of land, fifty tumans to buy land for the bride, and three misqals [unit of weight] of gold worth eight tumans. Additionally, ten tumans will be paid for the bridal gift, one set of women's clothes, and two mans [unit of weight] of cotton wool.
